Google and Constellation sign 890 MW nuclear plus AI energy deal

On October 6, 2026, Google and Constellation Energy announced a long term agreement to add 890 MW of new nuclear capacity to the PJM grid and a 2,700 MW, 15 year energy supply deal. Constellation will also deploy Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise to build an “AI for energy” blueprint for grid planning, dispatch and infrastructure protection.
