Synthetix Labs raises CAD 47M Series B for enterprise AI agents

On September 4, 2026 Boreal Markets reported that Toronto-based Synthetix Labs raised CAD 47 million in a Series B round led by Inovia Capital, with participation from Georgian Partners and the Business Development Bank of Canada. The funding reportedly values the enterprise AI company at about CAD 310 million and positions it for a TSX Venture listing in 2027.
