CuspAI secures $450M Series B to launch global AI materials foundry

UK startup CuspAI has raised $450 million in a Series B round valuing the company at about $2.6 billion. On July 20–21, 2026, outlets including Sifted, Reuters and The Star reported that the round, led by Kleiner Perkins and NEA with backing from Jeff Bezos and the UK government, coincides with the launch of CuspAI’s AI Materials Foundry, a 45‑plus member network including Nvidia and Meta. The company says the funds will scale its MIRA platform and foundry network across Europe, the US and Asia.
