Certo secures $4m seed for AI compliance in beauty and CPG

On May 26, 2026 BeBeez reported that Paris–San Francisco startup Certo raised a $4 million seed round led by French VC Daphni, with backing from Entrepreneurs First, Motier Ventures and Transpose Platform. Certo offers an AI‑powered regulatory compliance platform that helps consumer‑goods companies check products and claims against rules in more than 70 countries.
