Baseten has closed a US$1.5 billion Series F round at a valuation of up to US$13 billion. Australian VC Blackbird invested over US$200 million, its largest single check to date, alongside lead investors including Spark Capital and Altimeter Capital.
TechCrunch reports that AI inference startup Baseten is close to finalizing a $1.5 billion funding round at a $13 billion valuation, just five months after a $300 million Series E at a $5 billion valuation.
