Core42 and Solutions+ form UAE sovereign AI infrastructure partnership

On May 6, 2026, Abu Dhabi-based Core42, a G42 company, and Solutions+, a Mubadala portfolio company, announced a strategic partnership to build sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure for UAE government entities and the wider Mubadala Group. The deal makes Core42 the foundational infrastructure provider while Solutions+ leads implementation and WEAVE AI deployments on top.
