Canadian 3D visualization and AI events company Nextech3D.ai signed a definitive agreement to acquire Krafty Labs, an AI‑driven virtual and hybrid events provider, for approximately $600,000 in cash. Krafty Labs generated over $1.1 million in 2025 year‑to‑date revenue with a 72% gross margin and brings more than 400 blue‑chip enterprise customers, which will be combined with Nextech3D.ai’s Map Dynamics and Eventdex platforms into a unified AI event‑solutions ecosystem.
