Attentive.ai secures $30.5M Series B to expand AI-powered construction takeoff platform

Attentive.ai, which builds the Beam AI platform for automated construction takeoffs, raised a $30.5 million Series B round led by Insight Partners, bringing its total funding to $48 million. The company plans to accelerate development of AI-native preconstruction workflows and expand into new markets, aiming to help over 1,100 contractors and suppliers scale bidding volume by automating manual estimation work.
