Job Description
Join the Einstein platform team to build and run ML infrastructure that powers predictive and generative AI across Salesforce clouds. You design scalable services and microservices that serve billions of predictions per day and host dozens of large language models for thousands of customers. The work blends distributed systems engineering, MLOps, and close collaboration with data scientists and research teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable generative AI services that support many applications and thousands of tenants.
- Automate capacity planning, configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, and incident response for ML services.
- Participate in on‑call rotations to keep Einstein infrastructure reliable.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and deep‑learning researchers to bring new AI capabilities to production.
- Optimize systems for both predictive models and large language models at very high traffic volumes.
- Contribute to internal discussions on architecture, reliability, and cost trade‑offs for AI workloads.
Benefits
