Principal Value Engineer - AI

Job Description

Senior AI specialist role embedded in Catchpoint’s Value Engineering team. You design AI‑driven monitoring use cases, build systems that observe AI models and workflows, and act as a technical partner to customers. The job combines hands‑on agent and model work with customer‑facing solution design.

Responsibilities

• Create systems to monitor AI models, agents, and workflows using Catchpoint’s observability platform
• Design agentic models that make full use of Catchpoint’s monitoring features
• Work directly with customers to map their AI journeys and design monitoring use cases
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal product and engineering teams
• Provide observability analysis that connects AI behavior to business impact
• Advise customers on how to leverage AI to speed adoption of Catchpoint’s solutions
