Job Description
Applied Scientist role on a Microsoft AI team building an Azure-based intelligence platform for Microsoft Advertising. You design and productionize ML models for recommendations, anomaly detection, forecasting, and LLM-powered summarization across large-scale data. Role is based in Redmond with expectation of working from the office most of the week.
Responsibilities
- Implement large-scale models for advertiser recommendations, insights, and forecasting on Azure.
- Apply statistics and ML to detect patterns, anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
- Work closely with engineering and BI teams to productionize models into dashboards and alerting systems.
- Support experimentation and contribute to evaluation of model performance.
- Help design prompts and LLM usage patterns for summarization and reasoning features.
- Ensure responsible AI practices and contribute to model governance.
Benefits
