Job Description
On the e-beam inspection and metrology team, you research and ship deep-learning computer vision models, then build MLOps pipelines to deploy them on customer semiconductor tools. The role blends model design, production infrastructure, and systems engineering in a high‑reliability hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and productize deep learning algorithms for computer vision use cases in e‑beam metrology.
- Design and maintain infrastructure to deploy ML models at customer sites.
- Run feasibility studies, design reviews, and qualification tests for ML features.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
- Collaborate with peers to estimate effort, solve issues, and keep designs aligned with system guidelines.
- Stay current on new deep‑learning and MLOps approaches relevant to ASML’s products.
Benefits
