Job Description

Applied scientist role in Amazon’s Retail Business Services (RBS) Tech team in Bangalore. You build GenAI, NLP, and computer‑vision models to detect and fix catalog and customer‑experience defects at scale, including multimodal LLM agents that understand both text and images.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy GenAI, NLP, and computer‑vision models that improve catalog quality and customer trust.
• Develop multimodal LLM agents for task automation across Amazon Stores operations.
• Own experiments and iteration plans for improving model accuracy and coverage.
• Work with product and engineering teams to integrate models into large‑scale services.
• File patents or publish research when appropriate.
