Celero raises $140M to build AI data center networking chip

Celero Communications closed $140 million to develop silicon that links AI data centers over long distances more efficiently. A $100M Series B was led by Alphabet’s CapitalG; a previously undisclosed $40M round was led by Sutter Hill Ventures with participation from Valor Equity Partners, Atreides Management and Maverick Silicon.
