Lead ML efforts for intelligent scheduling systems that optimize Tesla’s operations, using LLMs, optimization, and data‑driven automation to improve planning and decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own ML‑powered scheduling and optimization systems for Tesla operations
- Lead full lifecycle of ML and optimization models: exploration, prototyping, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Apply LLMs and agentic frameworks to automate planning and adapt to real‑time constraints
- Perform exploratory data analysis to guide modeling and product direction
- Contribute to system architecture at the intersection of AI, automation, and scale
