Job Description
Senior data scientist in SAP’s engineering organization, focused on building and evaluating GenAI agents and RAG‑based applications for SAP products, including agent frameworks, prompt strategies, and safety mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Prototype LLM‑based agents that can reason, plan, and act across tools and APIs
- Design evaluation strategies and metrics for GenAI applications, including human‑in‑the‑loop feedback
- Collaborate with engineers to build scalable deployment pipelines and APIs
- Work with product managers to align AI capabilities with SAP business workflows
- Define KPIs and run experiments to measure user outcomes and business impact
