ML engineer on Salesforce’s Einstein Foundation team, leading development of agentic search and knowledge‑graph solutions that power Agentforce AI agents across Salesforce’s CRM products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement large‑scale search and knowledge‑graph solutions for AI agents
- Develop hybrid retrieval pipelines combining semantic, vector, and symbolic search
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of ML features, from ideation through production
- Collaborate with product and research to define roadmaps and best practices
