Job Description
Principal PM on Oracle’s Clinical AI Agent team, which is building generative and conversational AI capabilities into Oracle Health’s electronic health record and clinical workflow products. The role owns strategy and execution for AI agents that assist clinicians with documentation, information retrieval, and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Clinical AI Agents embedded in Oracle Health applications.
- Partner with clinicians, researchers, and customers to identify high‑value workflows that can be transformed with AI.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering to specify training data needs, evaluation criteria, and safety standards.
- Translate abstract clinical needs into concrete product requirements and user stories for AI‑enhanced features.
- Measure adoption and impact using engagement and workflow metrics; iterate to improve clinician satisfaction and outcomes.
