Job Description

Customer-facing ML engineer helping Cloudflare customers design, package, and deploy generative AI applications on Workers AI, including onboarding new open-source models, optimizing inference, and debugging complex GenAI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to get their GenAI applications running efficiently on Workers AI.
• Package and onboard new open-source models to Cloudflare’s model catalog.
• Optimize deployments for latency, cost, and reliability at the edge.
• Debug customers’ AI apps end-to-end, from model selection and prompting to infra issues.
• Feed customer learnings back into product and platform teams.
