Lead applied science for Copilot Discover’s AI‑powered ranking and content‑quality systems across text, image, audio, and video, using LLMs, multimodal models, and large‑scale recommender systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the science behind Copilot Discover’s ranking and content‑quality stack
- Develop and refine multimodal models and LLM‑based components for recommendations and safety
- Design experiments and metrics to measure engagement, satisfaction, and trust
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ship models into production at global scale
- Mentor junior applied scientists and contribute to longer‑term research roadmaps
