Staff/Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

Senior hands-on role designing, building, and deploying production ML and GenAI systems for enterprise customers on Articul8’s domain-specific GenAI platform. Work spans traditional ML, deep learning, and LLMs, with strong emphasis on scalable deployment across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and productionize ML and GenAI models that power Articul8’s enterprise features.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from data pipelines and feature engineering through training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize models for latency, throughput, and cost across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Partner with product, applied research, and customer teams to translate business problems into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to MLOps and platform tooling for experimentation, observability, and continuous delivery of models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and data scientists.
