Senior/Staff AI Researcher

Job Description

Senior research role leading GenAI research across data pipelines, training methods, reinforcement learning, multimodal models, personalization, and knowledge retrieval, with a mandate to ship work into Articul8’s production platform as well as publish externally.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive research agenda in areas like RL for personalization, multimodal modeling, and knowledge-intensive reasoning.
• Design large‑scale training pipelines and optimization strategies for Articul8’s domain-specific models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to harden research into production features.
• Lead and mentor other researchers; contribute to hiring and research culture.
• Monitor state of the art, run benchmarking, and represent Articul8 in the research community via papers and talks.
