Senior Data Scientist - Product

Job Description

Senior full-stack data scientist role on Snowflake's Product Data Science team, partnering with Product and Engineering to build analytics, ML, and causal inference frameworks that shape feature roadmaps and customer experience. The role involves being an early adopter of new Snowflake AI/ML features and building production-quality pipelines and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define metrics and analytical workflows for product features
• Build efficient data models and high-quality production pipelines using Snowflake and related tools
• Develop scalable analytics, ML, and causal inference frameworks to understand feature usage, performance issues, and customer behavior
• Act as a power user and early adopter of Snowflake features (e.g., Notebooks, Snowsight Dashboards, Streamlit apps) and provide feedback to product teams
• Deliver insights and recommendations to executives, including board-level reporting and contributions to industry reports
• Tackle unstructured, complex analytical problems with creative and scrappy approaches
