Job Description

This role focuses on building the ML components of Grammarly’s AI Agent Platform, which orchestrates routing, tool selection, and multi‑step workflows across Grammarly’s writing assistance products. Listings describe responsibility for core orchestration and routing logic that powers agentic behavior across user interfaces and integrations, in a remote‑first hybrid model with periodic hub meetups.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models that support agent orchestration, routing, and decision‑making across Grammarly’s products
• Build scalable end‑to‑end ML solutions, from data pipelines to inference in production
• Experiment with novel techniques (e.g., LLMs, retrieval, reinforcement learning) to improve agent quality and safety
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to translate writing‑assistance problems into ML formulations
• Contribute to ML best practices, tooling, and system design within the team
