ML engineer on Zoom’s Trust & Safety Engineering team, developing AI/ML algorithms to detect abuse, protect users, and ensure safe interactions on the platform. Role combines NLP and safety modeling with large-scale production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML algorithms for Trust & Safety use cases
- Integrate ML models into scalable engineering solutions aligned with business objectives
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical presentations
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of existing safety systems
- Stay up-to-date with AI/ML research relevant to online safety and moderation
