Job Description
Forward Deployed AI Engineers (FDAEs) at Palantir work directly with customers to own generative AI strategy and implementation. They build end-to-end LLM-powered workflows on Palantir’s AIP/Foundry stack, bring them into production, and solve high‑stakes real-world problems at large scale while feeding learnings back into Palantir’s product teams.
Responsibilities
- Own customer GenAI strategy and implementation using Palantir AIP and Foundry
- Design and ship end-to-end AI workflows from prototype to production in close collaboration with users
- Integrate LLMs and agents into existing customer systems and operations
- Contribute field learnings back to Palantir’s AI product roadmap
- Operate in ambiguous problem spaces and iterate quickly based on user feedback
