Machine Learning Engineer, AI Agent Platform

Job Description

Senior ML Engineer role on Grammarly’s (now Superhuman’s) AI agent platform team, responsible for building core orchestration, routing, and planning systems that integrate cutting-edge LLMs into user-facing productivity workflows at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML components for the AI agent platform, including orchestration, routing, and planning logic
• Integrate frontier LLMs and related models into Grammarly/Superhuman products to create high-quality user experiences
• Prototype, evaluate, and productionize new ML approaches to improve agent quality, speed, and reliability
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to prioritize and deliver impactful features
• Monitor production performance, own metrics for agent behavior, and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to technical direction for the AI agent platform and share best practices with other ML teams
