Job Description
Research and build LLM-based autonomous agents on Scale AI’s Agent Capabilities & Environments (ACE) team, working at the intersection of cutting-edge ML research and high-impact production systems across environments like browsers, GUIs, and codebases.
Responsibilities
- Design and run research on data and reward formulations needed to build state-of-the-art autonomous agents
- Benchmark agent performance across real-world environments such as code repositories, browsers, and GUIs
- Develop data programs and tooling to enhance LLM agent capabilities
- Collaborate with customer researchers and internal engineering teams to turn research into scalable products
- Publish impactful research on agents and contribute to Scale’s research presence
- Prototype and iterate quickly on new ideas for LLM agents and planning algorithms
